11月23-24号，我们组在河北香河的天下第一城举行了一次off-site meeting。 以下是写在这次活动之后的感言.....

         

           天城香河

入香河，驻天城，皇城突现势辉煌。
穿宫门，踏红毯，千亩宫廷宿正安。
盘龙柱，金碧坊，凤舞九天奢华展。
亲王府，伟城墙，帝王将相失锋芒。
主沉浮，论江山，一代天骄谱新章。 

容颜酷，现沙场，戎装待发抗艰难，众志酣战比霸王。
敬宝殿，万佛堂，诚心感知忠孝全，威严慈善闪灵光。

 夜观异域风情美，日瞰天下八旗威。皇城一续先骄梦，更待今朝后人传。

 

其实这样的活动在微软亚洲研究院的各个小组中会定期举行，而且形势各不相同。有的去外面滑雪，有的则去高尔夫。换个地方讨论工作，并结合一定的娱乐，这样的工作模式在微软表现的淋漓尽致。

 

 

    I don't know what's going on with myself during these days since I always fall in sleep until 1 am and waka up before 6 am. I really feel a bit of depress that we fail in catching the deadline of paper submission  of WWW conference. However, another deadline of paper submission, Dec. 3, is still waiting for us and some of my friends offer me the best courage and greeting to succeed in the end. After drinking a cup of SPARK coffee, I keep on working for 11 hours. That's really a strong coffee and I do feel energetic . Though tired, I feel comfortable and happy because of the friendship of broken back valley, well advancing of the project and the coming get-together. 

    Yesterday, we have our brown bag lunch meeting for the first time in MSRA's meeting room. It's pretty special, strange and impressive since every body eats Janpanese food with a laptop beside. That's Microsoft, a efficient corporation and giant in IT area. In the night, my colleagues and I have a wonderful dinner in HaidiLao and watch a fantastic show performed by the waiter. The route between HaidiLao and Sigma will become very short when you go with some interesting lady.

    Tomorrow is Friday, week end, Ling invite us to sing in QianGui, a very famouse and prestigious KTV provider in Beijing. That will be a nice and expected weekend.

    It's my first time in my life to share fun, entertainment and happiness with my lovely colleagues in Beijing's bar until middle night. After running away from my exhausting over-work and forgeting the deadline of WWW conference paper for about 4 hours, I get an cherishing opportunity to share valuable and thought-provoking working and life experience with my friends and also my colleagues, which refresh my brain and mind like a streamlet and bring me more respect to my friends. I believe something between us are amazing, unbelivalbe and hard to express and predicate, and will start a new and fantastic period in both of our life.

   I'm always grateful and appreciate the god, people surrounding me, community and society since all of them always bring right person, good luck and valuable opportunity to me on the right time and right place, which makes me always happy and well developing. Appreciate all of you and I will work harder and harder, live better and better and offer more and more contribution to you all.
